The price depends on season, number of persons and number of nights as well: between 250 and 1100 euros per week and it is inclusive of bed linen, towels, heating, charges, taxes, final cleaning, wifi and picking up service.
According to italian law breakfast is not provided as it is an apartment, self catering.

Tourist tax starting from 24th august 2011:
High season: 1,50 euros per person per night
Low season: 1,00 euros per person per night
(from 1st october 2012)
